The chart below shows the value of one country’s exports in various categories during 2015 and 2016. The table shows the percentage change in each category of exports in 2016 compared with 2015.

The bar chart compares a country’s export earnings for the years 2015 and 2016 for different items. The table shows the difference between the two years percentage wise for each category. Regardless of the year, the highest revenue was generated by Petroleum based goods. Exports of Agriculture related products saw a negligible increase in 2016. Export earnings of most goods climbed from 2015 to 2016 except Gems and jewellery. Fossil fuel export was the most lucrative in terms of money made in both the years with 60 billion dollars in 2015 and a 3 percent growth in 2016. By comparison, Agricultural items generated 31 billion dollars in the year 2015 and rose by just 0. 81 % in 2016. Gems and Jewellery revenues from export showed at 42 billion dollars for 2015 but moderately plunged by 5. 18 % in 2016. This was the only category that fell between the two years.
