The given chart illustrates the percentage of buying and renting houses in England and Wales from 1918 to 2011. As the overview, in past rented accommodations were higher than owned accommodations. On the other hand households in rented were lower than owned houses in the present period. Considering in 1918 was the noticeable year in the whole period. That was the highest increment 77%. After that 14 years of time people willing to lived in rented houses. Subsequently, upto 1991 showed a sharp decrease of the renting percentage. They were about 59%, 50%, 40% and 32% respectively. End of the duration could seen a steady rise, that were 31% and 36% in figures. According to the bar chart, accounted one in ten percentage of climb between 1918 and 1939.
