A DRAMATIC RISE IN PART TIME STUDYING IN THE YEAR OF 1990/91 WAS SEEN WITH ACCOUNTING ALMOST 1100 THOUSANDS FEMALES WAS NOTED. HOWEVER, THE FULL TIME EDUCATION WAS LEAST IN THE FIRST YEAR WHICH WAS JUST NEARLY 100 THOUSANDS WOMEN ONLY.
