Overall, what stands out from the graph is that the developing countries got aid from developing countries throughout the period. The US was the top on the list to provide aid to the developing countries while Sweden was the least to provide aid. By scrutinizing the data, it is evident that the US gave aid of atleast 20 billion. In 2008, it gave around 22 billion before falling to 20 billion in 2009, then it had reached a high-point of approximately 25 billion in the following year. Germany was the second most provided aid country. In 2008, it helped by giving aid of 10 billion, then it provided a considerable amount of around 14 billion in 2009 and also increased slightly to around 15 billion in the next year.
