The West Park School was constructed in the year 1950. The diagrams Illustrates the changes that took place from the 1952-2010. Overall some areas remain the same, while few are replaced.
To embark with, houses which were constructed below the main road on the left in 1953 is replaced by the car park and science block. Whereas, in 2010 carpark is extended downwards, while the science block remained static. Furthermore, the farmland and which was built towards the left corner in 1950 was reconstructed with the sports field in 1980. But in 2010, the Sports field was shortened and the remaining area was occupied for car parking.
To continue, the main road remained the same from 1952 -2010. In addition, the playground also remained static in 1950 and 1980. But reduction in space occured in the year 2010. The school was transformed into the main building in the following years.
Hence school and its building remains stable in all the years.
