The bar graph depicts data about different prices of house in New York, Madrid, Tokyo, Frankfurt and London between 1990 and 2002 compared with in 1989. Overall, there has been a rise in average house prices in all cities except Frankfurt. It is clearly evident that average house prices in London is the highest over years. The least of average house prices is in Tokyo. The only House prices in Tokyo has decreased between 1990 and 2002. According to chart, house prices of London is the highest compared to other cities which is around 12 percent in 1996-2002. On the other hand, proportion of the house prices is the lowest in London between 1990-1995 which is around – 8 %. Percentage of average prices of Frankfurt is almost 3 percent between 1990-1995 and which is decreased 1 percent by 1996-2002. Percentage of prices in New York is – 5 % in 1990-1995. In contrast, average prices of houses have increased 10 percent by 1996-2002. Both madrid and Tokya have the same amount of rise between 1990 and 2002 which is around 3% In conclusion, average of the house prices has been raised between 1990 and 2002 except Tokyo. Houses has become more expensive than old times.
