This report will sum up the bar chart which illustrates the percentage of educational level in Bulgarian people who desired to live in another country in 2002, 2006, and 2008. Overall, the percentage of people in secondary educational level hit the peak in three years while people in higher education dropped to the lowest point between 2002 to 2008; however, people in primary educational rank did not alter. Looking at the information in greater detail, it can be seen that the population who got secondary education reached the highest point in three years, in 2002, it hit the peak at 65 percent and decreased gradually to 59 percent in 2008. On the other hand, the percentage of people in higher education was at its lowest point in three years, it was 17 percent and 20 percent in 2002 and 2006 and nose-dived to 9 percent in 2008. As far as the people in primary educational level is concerned, the people in this range who needed to immigrate to another country did not vary in 2002 and 2006 but it rose to 32 percent in 2008.
