In compared to females students were recorded the highest scores in language courses in 1960 and 2000. In 1960, boys scored higher in humanitarian with well over 45%, followed by the were slightly over 30% in 1960. While the lowest scores in arts course around 10%in 1960 and nearly 18% in maths in 2000. In contrast, girls have the highest scores in languages with well over 40% in1960 and 30% in 2000. Humanitarian and arts classes were similar with approximately 30% and 25% respectively for each year. Meanwhile, females students scored lower in maths and science with around 5% and 10% respectively for each year.
