It is clear that the percentage of paying out for road and transport of Italia and Portugal was the highest figure meanwhile that of UK and US was the least common popular. In addition, The proportion of Italia and the UK saw a considerable fluctuation. As far as the first columns, the proportion of Government spending on road and transport in Portugal ranked the first with 27% meanwhile that of Italia was lower than Portugal at 22, 5% in 1990. The quantity of government expending on streets and transport witnessed a moderate vacillation and the rate of Italia was the highest figure took up 28% in 2000. Moreover, the quantity of Portugal went down significantly from 27% to 20% in the following years. With regards to the remaining columns, the percentage of government paying on road and vehicle in US made up 12% while that of Uk was lower than US with 10% in 1990. Furthermore, there was a steady fluctuation of the date of UK besides the rate of the UK was the least figure with 7%. And the proportion of USA experienced considerable upward trend from 12% in 1990 to 15% in 2005.
