The bar chart illustrates the number of student applications in 4 faculty areas (Biology, Engineering, Business, Social Work) in each period. Overall, in 1990 the Engineering department had the most application than other areas whereas Business was the most popular in 2000 and 2010. All areas had a number of fluctuations. In terms of Biology, in 1990 had 3000 pupil application while this number fell in half in 2000 and then it decreased to merely under 1000.
