To begin with, in 2012 the higher education is learnt by Bulgarian masses which was 17percent and in the followed year it increased 20 percent then, there was a dramatic decrease observed in the rate of higher education in Bulgaria it accounted for 9 percent. analyising the rest of data, in the first year the rate of secondary education take by Bulgarian 65%. where as, primary education stood on 18%. furthermore, in the second year there was slightly decrease nearly 16%. however, a tiny increase seen in primary education and in the end of the period it went down 59% nevertheless, there was dramatically rise up seen in lower education which was above thirty.
