In total, it can be clearly seen that the number of males was more than females in six out of eight different types of sports and others that were not given. However, the highest figures for females were shown in three sports, namely, athletics, netball, and swimming.
To commence with, boys that played cricket were 10 percent more. Similarly, the same can be said about the other 3 kinds of sports, which are martial arts, basketball, and tennis. It is interesting to note that the highest percentage was in soccer players among boys, it reached almost 25 %. However, the number of athletics girls was slightly more than boys. Also, the numerous number of females who do swimming were 25%, whilst males were approximately 12%. Regarding netball, in this kind of sport, there were more females than males, with approximately 23%, compared with 2%.
