It is clear that the highest figure belonged to the central Asia for both sexes and furthermore the lowest one appertained to the Sub-Saharan Africa and three areas had approximately the same figures and situations each. in 2011, Central Asia, Central/Eastern Europe and East Asia/Pacific were close to 100% and after those the literacy proportion has fallen noticeably. The rates for South and West Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa were same and were almost 60% for women, By contrast, South and West Africa had more advocators than the Sub-Saharan Africa ( near 80%
