The bar chart and table depict the number of COVID-19 patients in ASEAN and the amount of people who are confirmed, recovered, and, dead in three regions in Indonesia per 5th May 2020. According to the chart, Singapore has the highest cases in ASEAN. While in Indonesia, Jakarta is the most affected region. By looking at the bar chart only 5 out of 10 countries have more than 3000 cases of COVID-19. Singapore and Indonesia have the highest number of infected people – 19. 351 and 11. 396. The Philippines came 3rd with a bit over 50% of Singapore's cases which is 9. 979. Other Asian countries – Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Brunei - have less than 300 cases. Laos has the lowest number with only 19 cases. Based on region and how COVID-19 affected Indonesia, Jakarta has the highest numbers in all 3 categories. Jakarta has a total of 4539 confirmed cases, 632 recovered cases, and 408 deaths which is 3 times higher than others. For West Java and East Java have similar numbers.
