The given chart illustrates the information about the different things which are affecting to the young peoples aged 20-30years to have successs in their carrier. As it can be clearly seen form the chart, most of the peole have two common factors which lead them to become successful are Ambiton and Personal satisfsction. Both of the factors are leading the chart with having 80% of votes. However, Family pressure is the second most factor which affects to the younger generation in their journey of becoming a successful person. However, ut has 60%of contribution in the chart. Moreover, with the vote of 60% of factors, Pressure from the society secured 3rd rank in the chart. Furthermore, Rivalry and Desire for material things both are selected by 50% of young professionals as a reason of their successful life. What is more, Peer pressure and money are teo factors choosen by 45% of young job holders. However, 35% of youth thinks that fewling inadequate is also a reason behind the success. More to this, 30% of people thinks that being envy/jealous is also a motivating factor to do something out of the box. And, least number of people think that fear or failure also can be a reason of being successful by selecting only 25% of the young professionals. All in all, personal satisfaction and a proper ambition are two features which lead young professionals to become succeed. However, the generation thinks that having a press of failure is not that affect in their journey of becoming successful person.
