According to the maps, it can be seen that there was a sea located to the wast, with the Elvin street running from the north to the south end which was connected to the Waterfront street to the wast. After development, by 2010, on the west side of the Elvin road, a previous shop and a Northside pier on the north side of the Waterfront stree remained unaffected, while the new shop and a Southside pier were added to the south.
