The above pie chart and table compare the occupation and salary of Anthropology graduates from a specific university. Overall, it can be seen that more than half of alumni prefers to work full-time and those who are in government sector are getting salary in upper salary range. First of all, 52 per cent graduate prefer to work full time followed by 15 percent of total working as part time. 12 per cent are unemployed and 8 per cent went for higher study for post graduate course and same percent of students status is unknown. Nearly 5 percent students are doing part time job along with higher study. Coming to salary package of students after 5 years, Out of the total students employed students are working in three fields i. e freelance consultants, government sector and private companies. 40 per cent of those who are working as freelance consultant are getting salary more than 100, 000 $ as compared to 50 per cent and 30 per cent in government sector and private sector respectively. As seen from the table, private sector employees are getting lesser salary as compared to others sectors.
