I’m a person who is interested in taking care of my health problems. Instead of playing video games whole the time on the weekend, I always work out for 30 minutes such as: skipping rope, pushing ups, squats, going jogging. . . In addition, eat a healthy breakfast and lunch each day. Drink water throughout the day. Moreover, I often spend my time for planting trees in my mom's garden. As you already know, planting and weeding a garden requires significant physical activity. It's a great counterpart to spend time in front of a screen, especially since natural sunlight helps to stimulate vitamin D production in your body
