And both were exact opposite from each other, when the unemployment rate of rural areas was increasing, the unemployment rate of urban areas seem to decrease. Especially in the first two quarters, the unemployment rate of rural areas and urban were significantly decreasing and increasing separately. The unemployment rate of rural areas was at the highest point in the beginning of 2012, it was at almost 7%, meanwhile, the unemployment rate of urban areas reached its highest level at the end of 2012, which was closing to 5%. After the third quarter, it had increased again until the end of 2012 and reached the highest level of all time.
