In this current era, few citizens believe that manager should give more salary instead of other employees. I partially argree with above mentioned statement and will discuss in the upcoming paragraphs with a decorous conclusion. Commencing with, there are numerous reasons in the favour of topic. The first point is that manger work hard to achieve their company goals. To explain, they see all the work related to the company like work according to the time schedule, relate to deal and many more. Moreover, they have more experience and knowledge regarding their company. For example a survey was conducted by the Hindustan Times found that 60% of company wants to hire that person they have more experience. By doing this, company can easily achieve their dream and in the future company will earn profit. On the other hand, there are plenty of arguments in the favour of topic. The first is that in the company there are employees work such an account, reception jobs, deal with others company and many more.
