In today's world, being a student or being a professional has alot of setbacks as well. When it comes to the sleeping hours of a student range between 11pm to 7am, whereas for a truck driver, the sleeping hours are in the evening for one hour between 4pm to 7pm and then in the morning between 7am to 11am. Coming to the sleeping cycle of a full time mother, it has been shrewdly observed that full time mother's only get to sleep between 10pm to 1am and between 3am to 6am. Along with that, they get to rest in the afternoon aswell between 1pm to 3pm. Coming to the business executives and doctors, they get to sleep between 11pm to 5am and 1am to 3am and then again from 4am to 7am respectively. Having to study the given graph, it has been observed that due to so much pressure on students, parents and even professionals tend to get sleep less and do alot of work. Not being able to sleep less does definitely affect their lifestyle. To live a healthy lifestyle, one should sleep atleast for 7 to 8 hours every day as that helps in rejuvanting the body, providng proper rest to the muscles and thus, providing energy for the next day.
