The given bar graph represents the percentage for time of buses which arrive on time and targeted time set by bus company and show the number of complaints per thousand journeys made by the passengers from the year 1990 to 2002.
The number of buses came in targeted time was stable from 1993 to 2000 (85%) before that in 1990, 84% of buses arrived on targeted time in 1990. Now the percentage for arrival of buses on actual time was fluctuated throughout the given time. It was 83% and 82% in 1990 and 1993 respectively. It was same as 84. 5% in 1996 and 1999 but it grew up and reach to 86% after three years.
The number of complaints per 1000 passenger journey was only 60 in 1990 but it catches upward trend throughout the given years (100 in 1993, 110 in 1999 and 120 in 2002) except in 1996 it was same as 1990’s.
Overall, the percentage of buses which arrived on targeted time was higher than that of time of actual arrival. At the beginning complaints was low but it got double at the end.
