The bar chart illustrates the date about rural and urban households in one European country which had the access to the internet during the period since 1999 to 2004. Overall, it is clear that the number of both kinds of households, having internet access stably increased by the end of the period. According to the date, the difference between rural and city households using the internet in 1999 was approximately 12 %. The proportion of rural part almost did not changed, slightly grew by 2% in 2000. By contrast, the percentages of urban households doubled by thesame year. There were two the same growths by 10% in the amount of city residents having internet by 2001 and 2002. Similarly way, access to it went up from 5% to 15% in 2002. Keeping the tendence, the number of households got the access gradually increased and achieved 55% in the end of the period.
