The graph shown above it showcase the percentage of household owned and rented accommodation in England and Wales from the year 1918 to 2011. The percentage of the accommodation in regards to owning and renting have been changing in the going year at some extent renting accommodation have seen a rise and a fall in ongoing years whereas owning an accommodation have seen a gradual rise in ongoing years. In 1918 till 1961 there have been a rise and a fall of rented accommodation but in the year 1971 rented and owned accommodation is on a tip to toe scale of 50 percent which shows that there is an equal means of rental and owned accommodation household is familiar with the people. In other hand if we look at the rented accommodation from 1918 to 2011 have been going through a down surge but when it comes to the owned accommodation there is a rise. Owned accommodation system haven’t been on a downscale a lot but it have done a great rise from 1918 to 2011 where the mark of owned system have been gone down of a sudden it have shown a remarkable rise from 1918 to 2011 where the graphs of owned household have done a steady growth and improvement as compared to rented accommodation where it have been changed from the top mark to the bottom there have always been a constant rise and inflation in mark in regards to rented accommodation
