The given table represents four seasons by the UK adults have attended arts events over the past 20 years and today. Overall, most of the people attended arts to fulfill their desire to see a specific of a performer or artist, where as attending arts events for work-related reasons were very less. There was marginal decrease in percentage of people who attended events to see particular performer which was 58% 20 years ago and 56% today. The percentage of people accompanying children has shown significant increase, it was 9% twenty years ago and just under a quarter today. percentage of people attended arts events because of special occasions or celebrations fell slightly from 27 % 20 years ago, 20% 10 years ago and only 9% today. There has been an increase in the percentage of people attending arts events for work or business, it was 6% two decades ago and only 11 % today.
