A glance at the chart shows the proportion of male students in Engineering, science, law and business While the number of female employees is higher than in faculties such as arts and education. But for the medical profession, this ratio is almost equal. As illustrated in the illustration, the technical departments were led mainly by men in 2012 because 82% of them were male. Law, business and science faculties also have a higher number of male students, about six out of ten faculty staff are male. Curiously, a similar proportion of employees from both genders were employed in the medical faculty of this university. Looking further, this university's arts and education faculties have more female teachers than men. In the education department, more than seven out of ten active practitioners are women. The number of female staff is also evident in the Faculty of Arts and their proportion is around 60%.
