As an overall perspective, residential areas are expanded in the north-west and south of the village. In addition, in the north-east a majority of lands have altered into recreational zones. Some facilities like fishing port and fish market have been demolished.
In 1995, the stead included 4 main regions. Firstly, housing area was located in the north-west along the road, and a small field of houses was in the middle-west which surrounded by a path. Secondly, in the north-east there was a farmland in the top of a forest park in the east. Thirdly, above the sea, which was in the south, there was a commercial sector with a hotel and a café just off a road. Finally, in the south-west there was another commercial sector involved shops and a fish market, and in the southern space there was a fishing port for local people.
The centre of Raymond has changed considerably since then. Initially, the accommodation in the north-west and west has had an expansion into the center and the west. Further, a golf course and two tennis courts have replaced the farmland and the forest park. Next, despite the altered parts, the hotel and the café have been retained in the same place. On the contrary there has placed a car park adjacent to the hotel. Furthermore, apartments and a restaurant have replaced fish market and shop, respectively. Also, fishing port has been demolished.
