Whereas the Radio had a different scenario. From 1 am till 6 am it remained least preferable. Hardly 4% listeners were noted. However, the number was rocketed at 6 in the morning and remained high round 27% till 9 o'clock. After the rush hours, the listeners noted skipping radio and the numbers gradually fell back to 10% in the afternoon around 3. There was a bit turning point in the evening around 5; yet no major changes were noted and at midnight only 5% were noticed listening Radio. Overall it can be stated that although at 6 in the morning and at 1 in the afternoon, almost same number of spectators and listeners were noted, the popularity of television was all time high. The line graph reveals the observations on the spectators of television and listeners of Radio channels during three months from October in 1992 in the United Kingdom. In case of Television, around 1 am, almost 6% audience enjoyed watching which was almost the same till 11 am with a bit fluctuation in the numbers of viewers. It then started rising that reaches at 15% around 1 in the afternoon. The views remained same till 3 o'clock in the afternoon. All of a sudden it went all time high for five hours and maximum spectators; almost 45%, enjoyed Television till 9 o'clock. After this, all the viewers shut watching TV and the ration fall back to 15% at midnight.
