Process of plastic paper clips production

The given flow chart demonstrates how coloured plastic paper clips are made in factories. At least, there are eight steps to pass to get the colourful paper clips sold in stores nowadays. At the first stage, plastic blocks are molted and these molten plastics are shaped into three different colour mould groups such as yellow mould, red mould and blue mould. Then, to get the better quality products, these moulds are sent to a quality control center and tested for strength with the machines and the products which are not qualified for sale are rejected. In the sixth stage, remaining qualified moulds are sorted by hand to separate into a mixed colours group and a single colours group. Furthermore, the quality control center checked again the colour mixture of products. After all these steps, these mould clips are packed into various sizes. After that, packages are distributed to several places by using shipping, train, truck and airlines.
