Located in residential zone, shopping center A is going to be built on central business district where railway line is placed on the south and main road is on the north. Main road links three neighboring towns - distanced 12 km, 25 km and 15 km to the next three town, respectively - and separates two industrial zones which is positioned on the west and the east.
