This report derives from a pie chart which gives an overview of the portion of sodium, Saturated fats and added sugars consumed in the USA within four meals namely Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner in a day. Overall, snacks with much added sugar is preferred than for breakfast and Lunch. Breakfast when compared to the other meals sum up to a lesser portion of fats, Sugar and sodium making it a lighter meal of the day. On the other hand, Dinner is on the heavier end with a total of 103% of fats, Sugar and Sodium. Interestingly, same quantity of Sodium is consumed for breakfast and Snacks which constitutes nearly the total percentage of sodium intake for Lunch. Saturated fat intake for Lunch and Snack Vary with only a 5% margin. Dinner is preferred with a much higher fat intake besides Snack and Breakfast which total up to the overall intake in dinner. Surprisingly, the total amount of added sugar present in Dinner and Lunch equals to the total amount of the sugar consumed solely for Snacks. Lunch and Dinner demand a slightly higher portion added sugar when compared to Breakfast.
