The bar graph compares the changes in the prices in New York (USA), Tokyo (Japan), Madrld (Spain), Frankfurt (Germany) and London (UK) between 1990 and 2002. The most obvious piece of information is that the changes in the USA, Japan, Spain and the UK showed an upward trend, with the only exception in Germany. In the period from 1990 to 1995, the prices in Frankfrurt was highest, at around 4%, compared to the second highest in Spain, at just under 3%. By contrast, the changes in the USA was sharp lower, as its figure stood at -5%. In addition, the cost in Japan was the lowest rate recorded in chat chart, at nearly -8%, which equaled the data for the UK. The prices in these countries during the next seven years were by far cry from the cost in previous years, with the changes in the UK climbing to the highest rate of roughly 13%, which was 8% higher than that of New York. In comparision with the prices in Germany witnessed a significant decline to just above 0%, there was rapid increases in the prices in Spain and Japan in the range of -5% and 5%.
