The presented diagram demonstrates the manufacturing process of how sugar canes are turned to be sugar Nlobg
The presented diagram demonstrates the manufacturing process of how sugar canes are turned to be sugar. Overall, there are seven major processes beginning from the agricultural process and ending at the drying and cooling stage. It is apparently seen that in the first stage sugar canes are grown in the firm, this process takes around 12-18 months before a harvesting process. Labours intensive and using the truck are two choices of a harvesting that farmers can choose. After the raw materials which are sugar canes are kept from the previous stage, it is sent to a crushing machine for getting juice. In the subsequent stage, the juice is purified by a limestone filter. Before becoming syrup, the putified juice is heated at a evaporator machine. Next, sugar crystals are separated from the syrup through a centrifuge process. Finally, the sugar is sent to the last station which is for drying and cooling them.
