Overall, despite how old they are, people living abroad always have to encounter abundant problems relating to finance and healthcare. The greatest problem for people of all ages is arranging medical care. Between 32 and 37 percent of all people find this a problem. Besides healthcare difficulties, economic issues are also a burden for expatriates, occupying exactly under 35% in two first age group and just under 30% in the oldest age group. In contrast, fewer people have difficulty with education. While 19 percent of the 35-54 age group have trouble finding a suitable school for their children, the percentage of people in the other two age groups is much lower at 6 percent for the young age group and 3 percent for the over 55s. In general, all age groups experience the same problems to some extent, but the percentage of middle-age people who have to face the most difficulties is higher than the other groups.
