One of the two maps given shows the current state of the town of Springsby and the other depicts the plans for its future development. The town is divided into four sections by Park Avenue in the vertical direction and Western Road in the horizontal direction. Currently, the northwest portion is a park that contains a lake. Below the park, in the southwest part of the town, there is a school, but the school does not fully occupy the area and half of the area remains unused. To the northeast of the town is the Housing Estate, which again occupies only about half of the area. The southeast part of the town has nothing at the moment and is a blank area. According to the plan, the park area will be reduced by one-half and a parking lot will be built in the area to the left of it. A bus stop will be built in the southwest part of the town - an area to the left of the school that was previously empty. Meanwhile, in the eastern part of the town, a shopping center will be built to the left of the Housing Estate, and a small parking lot will be built next to the shopping center. In the southeast, where the area was completely empty, a parking lot and shopping center will be built, with the parking lot on the west side of the shopping center.
