number of changes which took place in frenton

The two maps describe a number of changes which took place in frenton between 1990 and 2012. In general, the frenton has been completely transformed after the constructions of several facilities. Looking at the maps in more detail, in 1990, there were houses to the east of the frenton. The high street is surrounded by café, library, hospital and playing fields with trees. On the north west there was a school directly opposite a bank. Bottom right hand corner there were shops and next to it was a theatre. As can be seen from the second picture, the most notable change that took place in frenton 2012 was houses transformed into blocks of flats. Besides, café and park replaced by hotel and golf course. At the south east, theatre and shops were renovated into cinema and supermarket. There were flats erected next to high street and opposite it were blocks of flats replaced by playing fields with trees. In addition, hospital was more extended. At the south west, trees were knocked down and replaced by technopark. Finally, Bank was modernized into restaurant.
