These two aspects appear to be inextricably linked since they counteract each other. When we are sleep-deprived, training will seem harder. We will only tolerate shorter workouts, and we will only be able to do lower-intensity workouts. For example, as a student, I have much too many assignments to complete. As a result, my body becomes weaker and more exhausted. I came up with the solution is getting enough sleep and exercise for 30 minutes every day. Apart from that, another important factor in maintaining a healthy lifestyle is to avoid consuming sugary drinks like soda and fruit juice and avoid processed foods, which can lead to weight gain that can result in obesity. Vitamin C, B vitamins, fiber, magnesium, potassium, and folate are all abundant in fruits and vegetables. They can help with weight loss and reduce the risk of chronic diseases like diabetes and cancer. Eating this fresh produce will keep our bodies energized throughout the day. For instance, during the pandemic, we need to supplement nutrients to have enough resistance against disease. Therefore, I have limited fast food, vitamin supplements to have resistance.
