The structure of the presentation starts with the definition of Leadership and Management, compare with their differences and similarities, benefits, and importance, followed by the example by taking a case study of Toyota Company and at the end conclusion.
Content- In this presentation, group divided it into the key areas which were the definition, benefits, similarities, and conclusion. If talk about the content, they stick to the topic. They describe the situation with diagrams and pictures. The purpose of the presentation during the presentation is clear. Group was able to organize the information effectively. Also, they convey the information and ideas in a logical order. They started the presentation by giving definition, differences, similarities, benefits, importance and at the end was the conclusion. They also quoted the example of the Toyota company, Pongpearchan (2016). How they transformed and get success in their leadership in Thailand? They explained the vision and mission of the company. They told in the presentation what kind of leadership is required, which skills and behavioral should they possess, so that they can influence the other people in the organization. In their presentation, they used many diagrams, flow-chart, and tables according to the requirement of the content. They keep some notes handy in case they forget something. The problem was with the conclusion, where they were not able to comprise it.
Group Effectiveness: - The tone of the group was consistent throughout the presentation. Not only verbally, but they also try to make the topic more understandable by their good body language. Although the interaction with the audience, was very less. They just in a little bit in a hurry to complete the presentation. I also find out that information on some slides was too much or in some slides, it's too less. They succeeded in creating a good decorum with the audience while presenting the presentation.
Future Development: - They can provide more information related to the topic, for instance, new area where leadership and management can work together and where can they differ related to the real world. More research is required to elaborate the topic, though they are well – versed with it. In my opinion, they can name some of the famous leaders related to the current companies, and through some lights on their achievements and failure. Recent researches can be added, to make the presentation more interactive. More interaction with the audience is required. In the end, if there is any doubt by any student, time should be given for asking questions.
