The major threat is to animal and marine due to plastic waste, as we humans just throw them when the use is over without thinking where it will end. It enters the food chain leads to death of animals and also of fishes. For example, the single use goods like disposable plates or spoons we utilise them and dispose them anywhere, in turns animals eat them and cause risk to whole food chain setup.
Furthermore, the heaps of garbage accumulated on land cause soil pollution and even there is threat of spreading large number of diseases such as malaria, dengue etc.
If some steps are taken this problem can be reduced, like use of eco-friendly products which cause less harm or no harm to environment. For example, rather than using plastic glasses use of earthen pots to drink tea and coffee. Furthermore, reuse of the goods is another solution. Tyres of cars can be used again as table after repainting them.
To sum up, it can be state that if we use everything judiciously and properly this problem can be avoided in every city and town. Replacement and reduce consumption of them which endanger the environment.
