The diagrams depicts the map of Stokeford village in the year 1930 and after 80 years that is in the year 2010. Overall, the area of the village remained same in 1930 and 2010. However, number of houses in the village had increased by 2010. In 2010, the stoke river and the bridge above the river remained same as it was in 1930. There were two farmlands in 1930 but by 2010 they had totally vanished. While the location of the primary school had remained same, the changes were made to the building. Moreover, the Large house which had garden in the front was redevloped and converted into retirement home and the gardens were replaced with houses and roads. There was only one road in the whole village in 1930. However, by 2010 many new paths were made and roads were laid. In addition, The number of houses had incraesed nearly by 6 times by 2010. In 1930, there were only 9 houses while there were almost 50 in 2010.
