In cutting edge era, numbers of vehicle are increasing day by day. So it is widely held notion that lowering the speed limit is the second to none option for rood safety improvement. This idea is beneficial for everyone owing to people have to drive on low speed howeves it leads to traffic congestion on roods. This essay will discuss, both its pros and cons in up coming paragraphs. ‌To begin with, with one of the prime benifit is lowering speed on roads leads to lose accidents. If road authorities will reduce the speed limit then individuals will have to obey rules and will have their vehicles to run of restricted speed. Moving further, this leads to better control on vehicle of driver. consequently, there will be less accidents on roads. For example, in Dubai road administration lowered the speed limit in 2017. Thus, There was great fall in graph of accidents. Therefore, reducing the speed the best option for road safety improvement. Moreover individuals have to drive on low speed. Thus, slow movement of vehicles on roads will lead to trafic congestion and it would be herculean task to deal with traffic congestion. This resulted the mass traffic congestion on roads and later authorities had to remove this role.
