Nowadays, all age groups are facing stress in their work, studies or relations. This can be due to pressure they get from their surroundings. This can be solved if the person is willing to.
These days larger number of people from each age groups is facing depression, stress and anxiety. There can be many reasons to such an increase of negative graph in people’s life. One of them can be because of the burden they are taking or extra thought process which they are going through, sometimes problems should be solved with a peace of mind but before reaching to that stage they lose hope and become anxious. In metropolitan cities, adults and even youngsters are using large amount of drugs which is making their brain toxic. Improper diet and intake of junk food is also a cause to a negative mindset. In this day and age, social sites are creating a major trouble in minds and lives of people.
In my opinion, there can be many solutions to this. Firstly, everyone should spare their morning 15minutes in meditation. Meditation has many pros for human body. It prepares a person to stay calm in even adverse situation so that he has the capacity to handle it with a peace of mind. Secondly, one should join or do atleast minimal exercise daily, it helps to deliver more oxygen that results in high energy and improves the health. Also, one should include a balanced diet food. At last, anyone can seek professional help if they think they need.
To summarise, stress is part of life which can be controlled by humans themselves by adding and subtracting some habits which leads to healthy mind and healthy life.
