The diagram describe the procedure which is utilized in the production, of bricks for the construction of industry. Overall, the process for making bricks involves 7 stages and having a linear process. However, it begins with digging of the clay from the soil while it ending up with process of manufacturing bricks by delivery them. First of all, the machine start to digging clay form the soil then it transferred to metal grid for gridding with roller and next it become in tiny particles which is called sand after that it mix up with water. That liquid form of mixture put it into brick mould, at last it have been cutting by wires and process of making bricks have been completed. In the next stage, bricks are undergone in 24 -48 hrs for drying in oven afterwards it goes under moderate temperature range around 200- 980 Celsius and then process going high in killn at 870 -1300 Celsius. As time get rid off bricks proceed for cooling in cooling chamber itself about 48-72 hrs. Finally, packing of bricks which was prepared for delivery at construction site.
