The manufacture of plastic products is a very complex process with several numbers of steps. Therefore, many specific equipment and specialized people are required for the task. The following diagram summarizes these stages.
It all starts with supplies brought to the plastic fabric by trucks from the oil refinery. This raw material is introduced into a high pressure oven that heats up the input to produce large molecules of plastic. These are then reduced as plastic granules, which are later fed into the plastic moulder to be melted, injected and pushed into the specific desired moulds.
As in any other fabrication process, left overs are inevitable. These waste products are all gathered in large bins and may be reused for other production processes.
The products released from moulds are soon transported by a conveyor belt, where they are analyzed by quality controllers, who check for any output flaws or defects. If they are approved, they are packed and stored in the warehouse.
