The line graph depicts the information about the utilization of energy in USA since 1980 and also gives projection until 2030. In general, petrol & oil was the all time popular fuel used in USA. Whereas, hydropower was comparatively the less consumed energy resource in given time period. Initially, in 1980 consumption of petrol & oil was 35 quadrillion unit. Then, it rose dramatically and is projected that it would reach a high in 2030, which is 50 quadrillion unit. Similarly, usage of coal maintained an upward trend. In 1980s it was 15 units and predicted that it would doubled in 2030 which is 30 units. Natural gas utilization was high as compared to coal in 1980, which is 20 unit. After a few fluctuations, it consumed about 25 quadrillion unit in 2015 and then remained constant. However, nuclear, solar and hydropower were the least used energy resource in 1980s that was nearly 5 units. After that, there was a slight increase in their usage till 2005 and remained unchanged
