The given pie chart illustrates information about how the global plastic was expenditure throughout 1998, depicts the proportion of plastic used in five different continents, including Europe, America, and Asia(Oceania). Overall, it is clear from the given data that Europe had nearly half of all the percentages, followed by America and Asia, with approximately 45%, 30%, and 25% respectively. It can be seen that the majority of used plastic in Europe came from western Europe was 30 mn tonnes or 38% from 45% which was the maximum part in this chart, in addition, the rest of proportion roughly 11 mn tonnes was eastern Europe. Additionally, the figures for North America and Asia we're similar, lower than western Europe by 13%.
