In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

The line graph illustrates how crime rates altered in Newport inner city during the period 2003-2012. We can see immediately that the greatest change occured in the number of burglaries, while incidents of theft remained low but steady.
