These days, people of young generation tend to do the work which they don’t match and want to do and can’t feel happy around the world. This problem causes serious problem and I think that the reason is environment of home. I have two reasons why this issue happens. The first reason is lack of money and due to money. Anyway, this is related with money. For example, people who do occupations which are concerned with medical and engineering can earn a large amount money. Therefore, people tend to do these kinds of jobs to get a lot of money. The second reason is they don’t have the ability to do such works. I think that this problem is concerned with family. If their homes don’t have enough money to go to universities, they can’t do the job which must go to universities and get the license, such as doctor and teacher. Thus, young people work at the company which they don’t want to do. This causes many issues. The first thing is people can’t do the work hard. It is because they don’t want to do, they don’t motivate. Thus, they can’t concentrate the task and it has effect on the company. The second thing is people may quite the work. This affect on not only themselves but also company. People have to search other jogs and company have to employee other people. All in all, it is clear that this problem has bad effects on us. Therefore, we have to change this trend.
