In education and employment, some people work harder than others. Why do some people work harder? Is it always a good thing to work hard? KPR1
There are always people who are use to work harder than others in both academic educational field and workspace environments. In this essay, I am discussing the reason behind why some people work harder. As well as whether working hard is the best form of producing. In a school, college or even companies, there are always workaholics who work all day long and put a lot of hard work trying to fulfill their potentials. In general, the situation differs from a person to another, competitive people work hard to appear in a better status than their study or work mates. While others study hard for the sake of themselves. They work to get what they are aiming for and to reach a certain level of self-acceptance and satisfaction. There is a contentious argument over whether hard working is the only important factor to success. I believe that hard working might not be always enough, but the angle you are putting this energy in matters as well. To elaborate, if you are trying to finish writing the report your manager asked for, and all what you are doing is staring at that bar chart waiting for the report to finish itself, sorry to say that, but it is not how things work. You must put your energy in writing the report instead of starting aimlessly. To put it concisely, some groups of people work harder than others for various reasons such as being competitive or aiming for self-satisfaction. Moreover, hard work is not always effective unless it was angled in the correct direction.
