The given diagram represents the proportion of female attendants parliaments in European nations from 2000 to 2012. Overall, it is obvious that all of the categories in the line chart shows the increase in the figure throughout the survey. As can be observed, Germany has the largest starting point at first in the quantity in the report accounting for approximately 35%, whereas, the UK figured out the lowest only a fraction. Germany and France witnessed a slight increase from the first year of the survey in 2001 until 2008 and suddenly made a change into a gradual uprising. Besides, Belgium and Italy still experienced a more gradual surge from the first surveyed year period and a very slight rise in the following period from 2004 to 2008. At the end period, Italy made an upward trend ending up with nearly 40% surpassing Germany, on the contrary, Belgium underwent a small decline and approached the UK accounting for over 20%.
